Soul to Sole is dedicated to promoting the well being and comfort of others by:

              








Because we want each guest to go home satisfied, we ask that these few, but
important, rules of Spa etiquette be observed.

Arrival.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you
may fill out a client profile to prepare for your service.

Cancellations.  Please provide 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes of all
appointments.  Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50%
of scheduled service.  No shows will be charged the full service charge.  This policy
also applies to gift card holders.

Cell phones and pagers.  Soul to Sole strives to provide an uplifting, relaxing, and
memorable experience for all of our guests.  Accordingly, we ask you to turn your cell
phones and pagers off, and leave your worries at home.

Reflexology Treatment. During your treatment please talk to your reflexologist
regarding your comfort level and any special trouble areas.

Gratuity. Rates do not include gratuity.  If you were happy with the service you
received, it is customary to give a 15 to 20% gratuity.

Enjoy the reflexology session and know that you are doing something very
good for your body and your mind.  You deserve this healthy interlude.
